The Story Behind the Song:

Everyone in Detroit, and nay, NFL Nation, knows that Matt Millen should have been fired years ago. Everyone, that is, except for William Clay Ford. You know, the guy who kept Wayne Fontes about 5 years too long, and Chuck Schmidt and Russ Thomas, et. al., ad infinitum. Yeah, that guy. Well, since no one seems to have yet recorded a suitable song for the issue, we have penned this ditty in the hopes that it finally opens Mr. Ford Sr.'s ears and provides the impetus to do what needs being done. Be with us and may this holiday prayer warm the souls of Lions' fans everywhere.
